2011 CRAVE Sydney International Food Festival

A delightful day out exploring and tasting The Flavours of The Hawkesbury Harvest Farm Gate Trail - first stop is a visit to the Castle Hill Farmers and Fine Food markets with plenty of time to sample and purchase some wonderfully fresh produce and unique treats from the numerous grower's stalls. Next is the sensational Dijon Foods - importers/distributors of over 5000 gourmet food products - everything from NZ Salmon, delicious Game Farm products to saffron flavoured fairy floss.......and most things inbetween!

We will also stop to purchase from one of Sydney's best butchers, M&A Meats at Wilberforce before enjoying a wine tasting followed by a 2 course buffet luncheon at the Tizanna Winery. Our last stop of the day is a true Meet the Producer experience......just point to the veggies you would like to take home with you and watch as they are harvested right before your eyes - it simply doesn't get any fresher than this!

Tours dates: 8 + 22 October (numbers are strictly limited) - don't forget to bring along an esky (or 2!!).
