Thank you so much for such a lovely day on Saturday.
I have been enjoying all the spoils of the day.
The produce was first class and the experience worth repeating.

I hope you enjoyed your "Death by Chocolate" dessert?
The Blood Orange Sorbet is wonderful - very yummy.

The meats & all the fresh vegetables are so tasty, even Steve was able to enjoy the tastes.
18 year old Mark cancelled a night out on the town Saturday night to enjoy the meal ........so a lot to be said for Edible Events!!

Thanks again

Janet V

In conjunction with Anne Stewart of Hawkesbury Harvest, Sydney Marketing is planning to identify a core group of 10-12 Trail members that we can promote to the travel trade, media and tourists.  We will focus on those who are particularly interested in, and equipped to cater for tourists in addition to Sydney visitors. We are also keen to assist Anne in securing a tour company to develop an organised tour of the Trail. We believe that the Trail has a great deal of potential and this can only continue to develop with the assistance of dedicated staff resources within the Hawkesbury Harvest Team.

We value our partnership with the staff of Hawkesbury Harvest and its participants. We will continue to do our best to promote the Trail and increase the focus on the unique appeal of the Hawkesbury.

 Hi Anne,

The winner was Grant Williams, first year apprentice from Blue Mountains TAFE, with his ’Duck Fillet with Walnut Stuffing accompanied by a Green Salad with Apple Vinaigrette’. His dessert was ‘Poached Pears with Parmesan Florentines’.

Thanks again to you and HH team for making such a significant contribution to the TAFE YOUNG CHEFS CHALLENGE!

 Cheers,

Kate Faithorn - Marketing Officer - Botanic Gardens Trust

Thanks for everything Anne, good but low key organization, very friendly arrangements.

Could you please think about the second week in the holidays for the longer excursion rather than the first, purely selfish as I can do one but not the other?

Kindest regards

Jan B

Sometimes we don't realise what is on our doorstep! The tour to the Arcadian Artists weekend was most enjoyable; after lots of browsing and buying we enjoyed a delicious lunch and then slept it off on the way home. When and where is our next fabulous outing?
