The creative menu of edible events originated after the completion of a project providing Marketing and Tourism management services to the Hawkesbury Harvest Farmgate Trail in 2004.

It was during this period that I glimpsed the tremendous opportunity for a fusion between my marketing and tourism background with the makers and growers that were seeking promotional ideas and advice on ways to more lucratively engage with the emerging niche market of Food and Wine tourism.

While growing edible events, it has been my very great privilege to meet and share the stories of many growers, vignerons, producers, artisans and chefs who by art, or by design, are busy with their passion and not usually a part of the mainstream experience.

It is these people and their cellardoors and farmgates, galleries and kitchens, restaurants and markets which we seek to share with you. If you have found us or we have been recommended to you – then you are a kindred traveller, with similar interests to our own and will enjoy exploring, tasting and sharing an epicurean journey with the edible events team.
